2. Cancellation Policy: If a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
 
3. Payment: Payment for counselling sessions is due at the time of service. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or online bank transfer.
 
4. Duration of Sessions: Counselling sessions are typically 50 minutes to one hour in duration. Longer sessions may be arranged in advance and will be charged accordingly.
 
5. Scope of Practice: Counselling services provided by the counsellor are limited to the scope of their training and expertise. If a client requires services outside of the counsellor’s scope of practice, they will be referred to an appropriate professional.
 
6. Termination of Services: The counsellor reserves the right to terminate counselling services at any time if they believe it is in the best interest of the client. Clients may also terminate counselling services at any time.
 
7. Code of Ethics: The counsellor adheres to the Code of Ethics of their professional association and will provide a copy of the Code of Ethics upon request.
 
8. Limits of Liability: The counsellor is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the provision of counselling services, except for damages or losses resulting from the counsellor’s negligence.
